Weekly Menu 9/16-9/22

The weather has finally gotten cooler. We’ve had thunder storms and some rain! YES! I’m all to ready to break out my fall recipes! Speaking of fall foods, have you tried the new Salted Caramel Mocha from Starbucks? I’ve had it twice now, once with all the fatty goodness and one non-fat version and guess what…I can’t tell the difference, so I’ll be drinking mine all skinny-like! Also, you’ve got to try the Butternut Squash and Sage Croissant. Josh brought it home for me the other day and it knocked my socks off. It is amazing!!!

Josh starts his new job today. Did I tell you guys that Josh is working in a different area of the bank? He is no longer a banking center manager. He’ll be working for the treasury department within the bank. He’s pretty stoked about the change and all the new things he will be learning. He’s one of those guys that LOVES to learn. But next week, that learning is taking the form of training and he’ll be heading to Washington for a week. Me, a single parent…for a week! I’m just gonna keep singing in my head, ” I will survive!”
