How was everyone’s Easter? Our day started out beautiful, and then by 4pm, the rain tried to wash us out. Thankfully, the kids got in a fast Easter egg hunt before it really started to pour. Believe it or not, I haven’t even gotten into any of their candy, either! Seriously, between the egg hunt, the candy they got from us, and their grandparents, I could start my own candy business!

You might have noticed that things have been pretty quiet lately and our posting has been on the sporadic side. We’ve been busy with a number of things, and I hope to be able to share those officially later this week (nothing earth-shattering or blog-related, I promise…). But until then, know that we’re still cooking up a storm for you. We’ve got a ton of new recipes we want to share with you. But until then, here’s this week’s menu for you.
